BlueLog

Terms

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of BlueLog. By making an account you agree to them. Our privacy page explains how your data is handled.

Your account

You need to be at least 13, and to have a parent's permission if you're a minor. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

Your recordings, trips and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to run the app, including sending them to the services listed on the privacy page and showing them to anyone you send a share link. Only share what you have the right to share.

Don't rely on it for safety

Reports are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Tides, flow, weather and water conditions come from outside sources and can be late, estimated or wrong. BlueLog is a log, not a navigation or safety tool, so check official sources before you go out. You're responsible for your own safety and for following fishing rules, licenses and limits.

Plans and payment

Fair use

Don't break the law with the app, try to get into other people's accounts, overload or reverse engineer the service, or upload anything illegal or abusive. We can suspend accounts that do.

Changes and ending

The app may change, and features may be added or removed. You can stop using it at any time and delete your account from the Account page, which ends any subscription right away with no refund for the time left. If we ever shut it down, we'll try to give you notice and a way to get your trips out.

No warranty and limits on liability

BlueLog is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
